A busy law firm is seeking a Legal Document Assistant to help in the preparation of estate planning documents, wills, beneficiary designations, living trusts, healthcare directive, power of attorney, court filings, financial records, etc. You will work about 10 hours per month.
Qualified candidates must have previous legal experience, must be familiar preparing estate planning and litigation documents, must be computer literate with accurate data entry skills, must have strong organizational skills, must be able to pay a high attention to detail, and must be able to handle confidential and sensitive information. Only candidates that can pass a background check will be considered.
