A property management company is seeking a Leasing/Property Manager Assistant who is well versed in Marketing, scheduling appointments, showing units, and leasing apartments. In addition, you will answer phones, take applications, inspect units, collect rent payments, communicate with residents, drop off flyers, and perform basic marketing and administrative duties as needed. You will travel to other properties located in Lakewood, Berea, and Fairview Park. This is a first shift opportunity; however, you must be available for some early evenings and weekend hours.
Qualified candidates must have prior Customer Service and Marketing experience, must have strong time management and organizational skills, must have excellent communication and telephone skills, must be computer literate, and must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation in order to go to other rental properties to show apartments. Any candidate that has leasing experience is helpful. Bi-Lingual would be a huge plus. Only candidates that can pass a background, BMV check, and drug screen will be considered.
