Leasing/Customer Service Representative
Job Description
A property management company is seeking a Leasing/Customer Service Representative. There is an opening at their Lorain County location. You will schedule appointments, show units, lease apartments, take applications, answer phones, drop off flyers, and perform basic marketing and administrative duties. This is a first shift opportunity; however, you must be available for some early evenings and weekend hours.
Job Requirements
Qualified candidates must have prior Customer Service and Marketing experience, must have strong time management and organizational skills, must have excellent communication and telephone skills, must be computer literate, and must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation in order to go to other rental properties to show apartments. Any candidate that has leasing experience is helpful. Only candidates that can pass a background, BMV check, and drug screen will be considered.
