Insurance Claims Rep - Denials/Rejections

A non-profit organization is seeking an individual to follow up on claim denials and rejected claims, process insurance and research, make outbound calls to patients and insurance companies to obtain necessary information for accurate billing, and answer calls from and work with insurance companies to ensure proper reimbursement on patient accounts. Work hours are Monday through Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 4 p.m., 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., or 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m.; client is flexible, but once you pick a schedule, you must stick to it.
Qualified candidates must have prior experience on insurance denials and rejections, must be computer literate, must have strong communication and organizational skills, and must be professional. Only candidates that can pass a background, fingerprint check, and drug screen will be considered. Any candidate that has NextGen computer experience is helpful.
