A processing facility is offering an immediate, full-time position for an Industrial Maintenance Technician. You will repair, maintain, and troubleshoot heat treating furnaces, plant electrical systems including controls, PLC and motor controls, mechanical, hydraulic, plumbing, and pneumatic systems. Work hours are Monday through Friday from 6 am. to 2:30 p.m. or 8 am. to 4:30 p.m., with overtime available.
Qualified candidates must have at least 3 years industrial maintenance experience, must have strong troubleshooting skills, must have previously worked with various mechanical, hydraulic, plumbing, and pneumatic systems, must be safety-conscious, must be comfortable working in confined spaces, and must be able to work overtime when required. Only candidates that can pass a background check, drug screen, and physical will be considered. This company offers benefits upon permanent hire. Any candidate that has welding skills is a plus. Heat treating machinery experience is not required, as training will be provided.
