A local manufacturing company is seeking a Hammer Technician for their Technical Rebuild Department.  You will work Monday through Friday from 7 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. with weekends when needed.

Duties:

• Troubleshoot, repair, or rebuild, and maintain the mechanical aspects of excavator attachment tools and components
• Work with hydraulics, mechanics, or related industries
• Analyze and document equipment conditions
• Follow all safety policies, regulations, and requirements
• Perform other duties as required

Qualifications:

• Must have at least 2 years experience in hydraulic or heavy equipment or related field 
• Must be proficient in hydraulics, assembly, inspection, refurbish, and repair
• Must have the ability to troubleshoot, make repairs, and perform maintenance on hydraulic equipment and components
• Must be able to accurately analyze and document the condition of machinery and provide support on maintenance, specifications, and technical support
• Must have knowledge of precision measuring equipment with the ability to read dimensional drawings in order to accurately assembly and dis-assembly hydraulic components
• Must have excellent communication and professional interaction with colleagues
• Basic computer knowledge and skills are needed
• Must be able to comply with all safety policies, government, or industry regulations or requirements
• Must maintain a clean and safe work environment
