HUD Recertification Specialist
Job Description
An apartment complex is seeking a HUD Recertification Specialist to make appointments with current residents to fill accurately out necessary forms and enter data. Work hours are Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Job Requirements
Qualified candidates must have previous leasing office and HUD experience, must have a strong customer service background, must be computer literate with accurate data entry skills, must have a professional appearance, and must have excellent communication skills. Only candidates that can pass a background check and drug screen will be considered.
