Job Description

A supply company is seeking an Office Assistant to provide a variety of office support services and project assistance. This is a full-time position working 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday.

Job Responsibilities:

• Answer phones and greet guests
• File all delivery receipts and payables daily
• Prepare and send out new customer welcome packages
• Open and distribute mail and order office and kitchen supplies
• Plan events and meetings and maintain calendars
• Maintain Customer Agreement Files
• Update safety records and act as a member of the Safety Committee
• Use Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Assist with various projects and help other departments when necessary
• Perform other duties as needed



Job Requirements

Job Qualifications:

• Must have a High School Diploma or GED
• Must have 2 to 3 years general office experience
• Must be proficient using Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Must have strong customer service, communication, organizational, and project management skills
• Must be reliable, customer-friendly, detail-oriented, and be flexible and willing to assist when needed
