Job Description

A local manufacturing company is seeking a General Administrative Support Specialist who will provide general support to productions, operations, and quality with administrative tasks.

Job Duties:

  • Act as a go-between, performing a broad range of duties as required for several departments
  • Support multiple departments by gathering information and preparing documentation
  • Organize and maintain files and assist with data entry and filing
  • Prepare, format, and proofread documents
  • Handle scanning and copying as needed

 

Job Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Previous administrative experience in a manufacturing environment is a huge plus
  • Must be proficient using Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel with accurate data entry skills
  • Must have strong communications, time management, and organizational skills
  • Must have the ability to shift priorities quickly and work effectively in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
  • Must be able to pay a high attention to detail while multi-tasking
