Front Desk/Sales Support
Job Description
A local staffing firm is seeking a Front Desk/Sales Support for a full-time position. You will answer phones, retrieve voice mail messages, greet applicants, input applicant information into the computer system, process payroll, run background checks, and process paperwork. In addition, you will be searching for resumes, scheduling interviews, and making follow-up calls. This opportunity involves working in a very fast-paced environment. You will work Monday through Friday, from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Job Requirements
Qualified candidates must be a career-focused, high-energy individual with a minimum of 1 to 3 years of administrative experience, must be computer and internet savvy, must have excellent verbal and written communication skills, must have a professional image, friendly demeanor, be detail-oriented, and a team player, and must be comfortable working in a fast-paced office. Only candidates that can pass a background check will be considered. Any candidate that has Staffing industry experience is a plus.
