Front Desk Sales Support Administrator

We have an immediate opening for an internal position within our Mayfield Office for a Front Desk Sales Support Administrator. In this role, you will be providing support to the location manager and sales team by processing payroll and guiding all scheduled appointments through the registration process. This integral position requires a team-oriented person who loves to work with the public and can work in a fast-paced environment.
This is a direct hire opportunity!
Work Hours: Monday-Friday 8:30am-5:00pm; no weekends
Base salary plus scheduling bonus
Responsibilities:
- Greet, meet, and check in all incoming appointments
- Guide appointments through the registration process
- Payroll data entry, printing reports, and filing
- Answer phones and transfer calls to the proper person
- Follow up with appointments via phone or email to review their background, answer questions, and schedule interviews
- Various support duties as they arise
Job Requirements
Qualifications:
- Must enjoy interacting with the public by phone and in-person, with a strong work ethic and who can work well in a team setting
- Friendly, outgoing, versatile personality who loves working with the public
- Must be detail oriented with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced office
- Have to be comfortable navigating computers with basic computer skills to perform essential job functions, such as sending emails and scheduling appointments using MS Outlook and navigating job sites, such as Zip Recruiter
- Must have a working knowledge of MS Word and MS Excel
- Staffing industry experience is preferred, but we will consider candidates with other customer service, receptionist, retail sales, or call center background
