We’re Hiring: Front Desk Receptionist/Sales Support

Locations: Parma (In-Person Only) Type: Direct Hire Opportunity Compensation: $14.50 + Scheduling Bonus Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM (No Weekends!)

Are you a people person with a passion for organization and teamwork? Area Temps, Inc., a trusted staffing leader in Northeast Ohio for over 38 years, is seeking a friendly and detail-oriented Front Desk Receptionist / Sales Support Team Member to join our Parma office.

This is more than just a front desk role — you’ll be the welcoming face of our office, supporting our sales team and helping job seekers take the first step toward their next opportunity.

What You’ll Do:

· Welcome and check in all scheduled appointments with warmth and professionalism

· Guide applicants through our registration process

· Process payroll, print reports, and maintain organized filing systems

· Answer and direct incoming calls

· Follow up with applicants via phone/email to review backgrounds and schedule interviews

· Provide general support to the location manager and sales team

What We’re Looking For:

· A team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment

· Friendly, outgoing, and comfortable interacting with the public

· Detail-oriented multitasker with solid computer skills

· Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook

· Experience in staffing, customer service, retail, or banking is a plus
