Job Description

A local business has an immediate position available for a Front Desk Administrator to assist in multiple areas.  You will answer phones, enter information into database, work with Windows, PDF files, emails, web searching, and perform other duties as assigned.  Hours are Mondays through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m.; however, client is flexible.



Job Requirements

Qualified candidates must be enthusiastic, independent, and self-motivated, must be able to work in a team environment, must have excellent typing and strong communication skills, must have knowledge of Windows, PDF Files, email, and web searching, and must be punctual and organized, along with good time management skills.  Only candidates that can pass a background check and drug screen will be considered.  This company offers benefits upon permanent hire.
