Front Desk Administrator - Part-time
Job Description
A Financial organizational has an immediate part-time position available for a Front Desk Administrator. You will work 20 to 30 hours a week; however, you must be flexible to work when during tax season or when client is traveling. You will handle inbound and outbound mail, answer phones, take detailed and accurate messages, use Sales Force Software to update client database, process letters and memos using Microsoft Word, Excel, Adobe, schedule appointments with Outlook, and perform other administrative duties as needed.
Job Requirements
Qualified candidates must have previous Front Desk and Administrative experience, must be proficient using Microsoft Word, Excel, Adobe, and Outlook, must have Sales Force knowledge, must have accurate typing and data entry skills, must be flexible to work additional hours when needed, must have exceptional communication skills, must be detail-oriented with strong organizational, interpersonal, and multi-tasking skills, must be customer oriented, have a positive disposition and attitude, be a team player, and maintain a professional demeanor at all times, and must be able to maintain confidentiality. Only candidates that can pass a background check will be considered.
