Financial Assistant - Part-time
Job Description
A growing company is seeking a Financial Assistant to enter orders, accounts payable, accounts receivable, banking, and perform other administrative duties as needed. This position will start out at 15 hours a week.
Job Requirements
Qualified candidates must have prior Administrative and Accounting experience, must be computer literate with accurate data entry skills, must be detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize tasks with strict deadlines, must have strong communication and organizational skills, must be trustworthy, and must have the ability to maintain confidentiality in all matters. Only candidates that can pass a background check and drug screen will be considered. There is the possibility of this turning into a full-time position in the future.
