Entry Level Front Desk Administrator
Job Description
An Entry Level Front Desk Administrator is needed to work Monday through Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. or 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Job Duties:
- Answer phones, fax, and file documents
- Schedule pick up of packages going out and receive them when they come in
- Collect Bills of Lading
- Utilize Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Support the Purchasing Manager when needed
- Perform other duties as assigned
Job Requirements
Job Qualifications:
- Must have basic office and customer service experience
- Must be proficient using Microsoft Office Suite along with accurate data entry skills
- Must have excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills
- Must be comfortable being cross trained in other duties
- Must have a professional attitude, appearance, and phone demeanor
Only those candidates that can pass a drug screen will be considered. This company offers training on specific duties.
