A non-profit organization is seeking an individual to greet people donating merchandise and give thanks while maintaining compliance to agency policies, procedures, and practices, and representing the company in a position way.  The hours are Thursday through Saturday from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. and Sunday from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m.

Duties:

• Greet donors in a prompt, friendly, and courteous manner, unload donations from vehicles, bring inside and sort
• Label boxes for pick up the next day
• Maintain drive-through and site in accordance with image standards and order and maintain supplies
• Adhere to all company and personnel policies and procedures, follow good safety and security practices, and report safety hazards and injuries to manager
• Perform other duties as needed

Qualifications:

• Must have a High School Diploma or GED 
• Must be customer service oriented
• Must be able to communicate effectively, develop teamwork, and use courtesy and tact when dealing with people
• Must have the ability to act with honesty and integrity, provide a safe and welcoming environment, and adapt to change while representing the company in a positive way
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and be comfortable with frequent standing, sitting, walking, climbing stairs, reaching, bending, and working outside in winter conditions
• The ability to adhere to all company and personnel policies and procedures, and follow good safety and security practices is mandatory
