A top-notch business service company is seeking a Document Printing Clerk – Office Assistant for a full-time, long-term opportunity.  Work hours are Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. 

Job Duties:

  • Make outbound calls to coordinate and schedule times for document retrieval
  • Type documents
  • Perform google searches in order to find different research sites
  • You will be cross-training into other positions

 

 

Job Qualifications:

  • Must have customer service experience
  • Must be computer literate with the ability to perform google searches
  • Must have strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Must be willing to cross-train in other departments
