Digital Marketing Lead/Event Coordinator
Job Description
A local company is seeking a Digital Marketing Lead/Event Coordinator who will develop and implement online marketing programs and strategies to increase sales and revenue for the company, as well as, website oversight. This is an immediate first shift position.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain positive business relationships with staff
- Consult with staff to understand goals and scope of the desired marketing program
- Analyze existing website traffic and Internet activity related to the company and products
- Develop, implement, and oversee innovative strategies through various marketing programs to attract customers
- Identify and recommend improvements and modification to existing or new programs
- Ensure projects are completed on time and budget and report campaign results to management
- Maintain current knowledge of online marketing opportunities and assist with the development to ensure it efficiency
- Research and compare travel and hotel accommodations and arrange company events
- Perform other duties as assigned
Job Requirements
Job Qualifications:
- A Bachelor's degree in Business Marketing, Communication, or related field is preferred
- Must have at least 3 years of Internet Marketing experience with a proven and verifiable record of accomplishments
- Must have a thorough understanding of Internet and General Marketing strategies
- Must have the ability to conduct and correctly interpret research and web analytics along with implementing marketing plans
- Must be proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
- Must have knowledge of social media and HTML
- Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills, exceptional grammar, editing, proofreading skills, and content development
- Must have strong organizational skills with the ability to pay a high attention to detail, multi-task, and meet deadlines
