Join Our Team as a Title Policy Typist – Rocky River, Ohio

Schedule: Monday through Friday 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m.

We're looking for an Entry-Level Title Policy Typist to join our dynamic team.

What You’ll Do:

  • Type title commitments and policies, mail and process title insurance packages, scan, and file documents.
  • Follow specific instructions on assignments.
  • Consistently work as part of a team and interact with others in a professional and respective manner.
  • Operate copier, calculator, fax machine, printer, or other office machines.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

 

 

 

Job Requirements

What We’re Looking For:

  • High School Diploma or GED is required.
  • 50 wpm typing and basic computer skills with excellent data entry accuracy. 
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills, ability to pay a high attention to detail, while working well under pressure.
  • Understanding and commitment to total quality, unsurpassed customer service, and enthusiastic teamwork attitude.
  • Working knowledge regarding real estate and SoftPro Title Software are a plus.
  • Must pass a comprehensive background check.
