A service and supply center is seeking a Data Entry Clerk – Office Assistant for a full-time position.  You will answer the phones, transfer calls, fax, email, and file documents.  In addition, you will be trained on data entry of work orders, purchase orders, account payable, and certification sheets.  Work hours are Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.

 

 

Qualified candidates must have prior office experience, must have excellent customer service and organizational skills, must be extremely detail-oriented, must have accurate typing and data entry skills, must be a fast learner with the ability to retain the information, and apply without error, and must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
