Customer Service Sales Administrator

A sales and service company is seeking a Customer Service Sales Administrator to work Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
- Take, enter, and follow-up on orders
- Update and track shipping numbers
- Place quotes
- Answer phones
- File documents
- Work with Tribute Computer System
- Perform other duties as needed
- Must have prior Customer Service experience
- Must be computer literate with accurate data entry skills
- Must have strong organizational and communication skills
- Must have a professional and pleasant phone presence
- Tribute experience is a plus
