A sales and service company is seeking a Customer Service Sales Administrator to work Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Take, enter, and follow-up on orders
  • Update and track shipping numbers
  • Place quotes
  • Answer phones
  • File documents
  • Work with Tribute Computer System
  • Perform other duties as needed

 

 

Qualifications:

  • Must have prior Customer Service experience
  • Must be computer literate with accurate data entry skills
  • Must have strong organizational and communication skills
  • Must have a professional and pleasant phone presence
  • Tribute experience is a plus
