Customer Service Representative
Job Description
A manufacturing company is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join their team. Work hours are Monday through Friday 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Job Duties:
- Enter orders and look up inventory
- Give pricing and handle quotes
- Maintain shipping documents
- Communicate upbeat and professionally with customers
- Trace daily orders through various carriers to make sure orders arrive to customers on time
- Adjust orders at customer request when needed
- Cross-trained on drop-ship orders all over United States
- Perform other office duties as needed
Job Requirements
Qualifications:
- Must have previous Receptionist experience
- Must have 2 to 3 years Procurement Software Experience; Microsoft Office, QuickBooks, SalesForce, and Adobe
- Must have an articulate, professional, and upbeat phone voice
- Must have excellent customer service skills
