Job Description
An insurance company is offering an immediate position for a Customer Service Representative. You will answer phones, take messages, give quotes, work on computes, run errands, and perform other office duties. Work hours are Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
Job Requirements
Qualified candidates must have excellent customer service experience, must have excellent communication skills with an articulate phone voice, must be computer literate, must have a friendly and positive attitude, and must be team player. Any candidate that does not have P&C License at the present time will need to get one in the future. Only candidates that can pass a background and drug screen will be considered. There is also an opening in the Elyria/Lorain office.
