Customer Service Representative
Job Description
A business service company is seeking a Customer Service Representative for a full-time position. Work hours are Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
Duties:
- Maintain all utility billing and computer records, receive, and process time sheets
- Answer phones, greet guests, and operate drive-up window
- Coordinate and maintain sewer inspections, locations, and storm information
- Create and monitor pending and completed work orders, prepare bid documents and correspondence
- Process and maintain accounts payable, fiscal, and related records
- Maintain good customer service practices and procedures
- Perform other duties as assigned
Job Requirements
Requirements:
- Must have previous Customer Service experience
- Must have general accounting practices
- Must have the ability to bill, collect, and handle back-flow prevention procedures
- Must be computer literate with accurate data entry skills
- Must have excellent communication and math skills
- Must be able to follow instructions and procedures, prioritize duties, and work calmly under pressure
- Work independently or in a team environment
- Must be professional, courteous, and mentally alert at all times
