Customer Service Representative - 2 needed
Job Description
A growing facilities management service is seeking Customer Service Representatives to provide assistance to customers and vendors. You will work Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to all inbound calls for service from home office and store locations
- Resolve issues and concerns by providing information or taking action that will correct the problem and manage work request
- Ensure that all contractor performance issues are reported as they occur, follow up calls are managed within departmental guidelines, and performance reports are generated and distributed per customer requirements
- Monitor service areas and reports deficiencies in approved vendor selections when they arise
- Ensure that edits are resolved within four business days and that all customer web-based system reporting requirements are met within established parameters
- Attend any required meetings and conference calls and actively participates in the discussion
- Understand the requirements for each customer which is under a CLS service contract
- Actively seek opportunities with selected clients to provide them with additional services and materials in order to increase sales volume and improve gross profit
- Pursue educational options which may periodically arise that will positively impact the performance of the duties herein
- Maintain an orderly workspace and the most positive and professional image within the organization as well as outside contacts
- Maintain a regular and punctual attendance record, adhere to all policies, and participate in tasks and projects
- Perform other duties as assigned
Job Requirements
Job Qualifications:
- Prior customer service experience in a service-related environment is preferred but not required
- Must have experience managing client accounts and dispatching requests for service experience
- Must have the ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos and write simple correspondence
- Must be able to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization
- Must have the ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions and to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations
- Must be a self-starter with a customer first attitude to work in a fast-paced, challenging office environment
- Must have strong problem resolution skills, be an effective communicator, and computer literate
- Must have exceptional work ethic and a positive attitude
