Customer Service/Order Entry Clerk
Job Description
We have an immediate need for a Customer Service/Order Entry Clerk to enter and process EDI orders, maintain customer files, provide customer service, support sales team as needed, and complete other duties and special projects as assigned. Work hours are Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
Job Requirements
Qualified candidates must have strong customer service skills, must have a working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Workspace, along with accurate data entry skills, must have excellent communication and organizational skills, and must be able to multi-task, pay attention to detail, and maintain confidentiality. Only candidates that can pass a background check and drug screen will be considered. Spanish/English speaking is preferred but not required.
