Job Description
A union organization is seeking a Customer Service/Office Support Clerk for a long-term, full-time position. You will assist members with questions in regard to their benefits, put together mailings, enter data into computer system, maintain records, prepare correspondence, and perform other general office duties as needed. Work hours are Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Job Requirements
Qualified candidates must have a High School Diploma, must have extensive customer service skills, must be computer literate with accurate data entry skills, must be able to multi-task, pay attention to detail, and have the ability to utilize sensitive information discretely. Only candidates that can pass a background check and drug screen will be considered. This company offers benefits upon permanent hire.
