Customer Service - Sales Support

A distribution company seeking an individual to provide Customer Service – Sales Support to achieve solutions and ensure the right products meet our customer’s needs. Work hours are Monday through Friday, from 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m.
- Handle 100+ accounts simultaneously while delivering great customer service
- Demonstrate interest and ability to learn an extensive product line, as well as, the technical features and benefits of each product
- Create and execute quotes, sales orders, and purchase orders accurately and on time
- Follow-up and respond to all calls and emails by the end of the day
- Keep within pricing compliance and work to achieve and improve gross profitability
- Up-sell 5 to 10 accounts quarterly
- Provide quick solutions to customer quality issues and document all communication in CRM System
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Two years customer service experience is preferred
- Must be a people person who has a pleasant and engaging attitude
- Must have excellent communication and organizational skills
- Must have an eye for detail
- Must be willing to give back to the community
