Job Description

A manufacturing company is seeking Customer Service – Inside Sales Representative for an immediate opportunity.  Work hours are Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Process customer orders, changes, and returns in ERP System
  • Respond to order requests, issues, and other inquiries in a timely manner
  • Schedule customer shipments
  • Process documents so shipments are sent correctly
  • Manage forecast and special requests

 

 

Job Requirements

Job Qualifications:

  • Must have 3 to 5 years customer service experience in an industrial environment
  • Must have excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Must be proficient with Microsoft Office and ERP System
  • Must be organized and detail-oriented
  • Must have a pleasant and professional phone voice
