A local apartment complex is seeking a Custodial Technician to sweep, mop, use floor buffing machine, clean windows, wipe down office, and bathrooms. You will also clean vacant apartment unit from top to bottom including, ovens, refrigerators, bathtub/shower, toilet, take out trash, and perform other duties as needed. Work hours are Monday through Friday from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. or 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Qualified candidates must have previous custodial experience, must be detail-oriented and safety-conscious, and must be reliable. Only candidates that can pass a background check and drug screen will be considered. Company offers training on Floor Buffing Machine.
