Controller - Office Manager
Solon, OH 44139 | Temp-to-Hire or Direct Hire
A construction company is seeking a Controller /Office Manager who has Construction Accounting Experience. Work hours are Monday through Friday, from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
- Take care of insurance, bonds, and workers compensation duties
- Perform union reporting, bank reconciliations, financials, balance sheets, and withholding taxes
- Handle payroll and benefits
- Oversee the office
- Utilize Foundation Software
- Must have Construction Accounting experience
- Must have prior experience as a Controller/Office Manager
- Must be proficient using Accounting Software; Foundation experience is a big plus
- Must have the ability to adhere to all federal, state, and local requirements
- Must exhibit a high level of confidentiality
