Construction Estimator/Project Manager

Job Description
A contractor is offering an immediate opportunity to a Construction Estimator/Project Manager who will estimate commercial and residential jobs for paving, read specifications and blueprints, utilize a computer, and assist with the day-to-day operations of the company. Work hours are Monday through Friday from 7 or 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Job Requirements
Qualified candidates must be able to read and understand specifications and blueprints, must have basic knowledge of Microsoft Office, and must have knowledge of on-line take-offs. Only candidates that can pass a background check and drug screen will be considered. Experience in the asphalt field is preferred.
