Client Order Manager
Job Description
We are seeking an individual who will be the first point of contact for existing clients. Work hours are Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Responsibilities:
- Communicate with clients over both phone and email
- Enter the order, check inventory, create purchase order, and stay on top of orders from beginning to delivery
- Train in the drop-shipping of orders all over US and trace daily orders through various carriers to make sure orders arrive to customers on time
- Adjust orders at customer request when needed
- Use QuickBooks, Microsoft Office, and Salesforce
- Perform other duties as required
Job Requirements
Qualifications:
- Must have previous Office experience
- Must be proficient with QuickBooks and Microsoft Office; Salesforce experience is a plus
- Must have effective communication, organizational, and telephone skills
- Must have a positive team-oriented attitude with the ability to pay a high attention to detail
- Must have a professional image and friendly demeanor
- Must be able to comply with all policies and requirements and maintain confidentiality
