Job Description

An Akron company has a part-time opening for a Clerical Clerk to perform administrative duties while supporting the Accounting Department as well as entering accounts payables.  You will work 15 to 25 hours each week.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative assistance to the accounting department
  • Assist with the processing, verifying, and reconciling invoices
  • Verify entries and compares system reports to balances
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Job Requirements

Job Qualifications:

  • Must have High School diploma or GED; Associate Degree in Business or Communications Degree is preferred
  • Must have at least 2 years experience working in an office support position or accounts payable position
  • Must have Accounts Payable experience
  • Must be proficient with Google and Microsoft Office Suites 
  • Must have excellent communication, listening, and interpersonal skills
  • Must have strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and multi-task 
  • Must be able to work independently and as a team member
  • Must have the ability to pay a high attention to detail 
  • Must be enthusiastic at all times
