Transportation Claims Department Administrator
Valley View, OH 44125
A local trucking company is seeking a Claims Department Administrator to work Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
- Take claim calls and set-up claim files
- Enter data into computer system
- Review files and drivers
- Assign adjusters for Liability Claims and work Cargo Claims and Adjusters
- Manage all claims on a daily basis, prioritizing new claims, and closing when completed
- Perform other duties as needed
- Must have prior transportation and customer service experience
- Must be computer literate with accurate data entry skills
- Must have strong organizational, communication, and follow-through skills
- Must have a professional and pleasant phone presence
