Call Center Representatives - 2 Needed - Third Shift
Job Description
A service company is seeking Call Center Representatives for full-time opportunities. You will be responsible for accurately and efficiently taking action on alarm signals and notifying police, fire, emergency and/or customer-designated agents. The call center is open 24/7, 365 days/year and there are openings on third shift. Training will be performed on both first and third shift and you will need to be available to work holidays and weekends but will be given two days off during the week.
Job Requirements
Qualified candidates must have excellent customer service skills, must have the ability to remain calm and professional at all times, must have a sense of urgency due to the nature of the business, and must be very confidential due to high-profile clients. Only candidates that can pass a background check will be considered. This company offers a good benefit package upon permanent hire.
