Do you have CNC operation experience?  If so, we have an opportunity available for you to operate CNC Machines.  Work hours are Monday through Friday from 7 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.

Job Duties:

• Set up, position, load materials, and manually run lathes, drill presses, milling machines, and saws
• Monitor machines while working to adjust the feed, maintain them, and identify issues
• Load and unload materials of various geometries up to 40 pounds
• Understand G&M codes, use FANUC Controls, and make minor program edits
• Review samples, drawings, or instruction to understand specifications with GDT
• Use micrometers and calipers to check parts to the print
• Understand and complete documents in an ISO setting
• Take measurements and mark material for cutting or shaping
• Follow all company policies and procedures
• Assist in any area of the plant if needed

Job Qualifications:

• Must have prior experience operating CNC Machines
• Must be familiar with CNC mill, lathe, drill press, and saw machines
• Must have the ability to inspect parts and accurately use micrometers and calipers
• Must understand G&M codes, use FANUC Controls, make minor program edits, and review samples, drawings or instruction to understand specifications with GDT
• Must be able to read customer prints
• Must have the ability to take measurements, mark material for cutting or shaping, and complete documents in an ISO setting
• The ability to lift up to 40 pounds and maintain machine and area around it in a net, clean, and orderly manner is required
• Must be capable of following all company policies and procedures
