We are currently seeking highly skilled and motivated Manufacturing Engineers to join our esteemed manufacturing company. This role offers a consistent Monday to Friday schedule, from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain operational sequences for producing parts according to product drawings
• Specify and design necessary tooling for part production
• Create and manage documentation, including NC and CNC programs, and operational drawings for operators
• Specify or design gauges and inspection frequencies for operators to ensure products meet drawing specifications
• Act as a liaison in the shop to troubleshoot manufacturing issues and uphold production schedules
• Identify and implement corrective actions to prevent recurring problems and maintain quality, delivery timelines, and product costs
• Design manufacturing aspects in product designs to optimize production costs
• Develop, adhere to, and support ISO-9000, QS-9000, TS-16949, and 6-SIGMA procedures and work instructions to uphold company certifications and meet customer requirements
• Provide training and skill development for colleagues to ensure continuous departmental capabilities

Job Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university, preferably in mechanical engineering
• 5 to 10 years of experience in a manufacturing engineering role
• Hands-on experience in manufacturing, statistics, manufacturing engineering, and/or quality can offset some educational requirements
• Proficiency in general hobbing, shaping, and grinding, as well as experience in designing fixtures/hobs and strong CNC programming skills
• Ability to identify and resolve problems efficiently, analyze information effectively, develop alternative solutions, and collaborate within a team
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• Computer literate, accurate, and detail-oriented
• Solid work history with consistent attendance
