Job Description
Area Temps Independence office is growing! Area Temps was founded in 1987 & remains a leader in the Northeast Ohio Staffing Industry. We are looking to add a permanent Business Development Representative to enhance an already established Sales Team. Required work hours are Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. - No weekends. No remote or hybrid option.
- Prospect, prospect, and prospect
- Heavy cold calling discipline is needed to generate new business
- Research and qualify companies
- Comfortable with negotiating & the ability to "close"
- Communicate with clients via outbound calls, email, occasional face to face presentations, and social media platforms
- Educate potential clients on our services offered
- Work in a fast-paced environment

Job Requirements
Successful candidate will possess a confident, outgoing personality with some type of structured business to business sales experience. We are looking for motivated, results driven candidates who are career focused, team oriented & willing to go the extra mile. Candidates must be able to pass a criminal background check & have a valid Driver's License for consideration.
