Building Maintenance Technician
Job Description
A local management company is seeking a Building Maintenance Technician to perform maintenance for 6 to 7 properties. You will perform HVAC, plumbing, electrical, painting, and dry wall repairs, as well as, landscaping duties, keep all property grounds and common areas neat and tidy, receive work orders, purchase required supplies for jobs, record transactions appropriately, and complete all necessary paperwork. Work hours are Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Job Requirements
Qualified candidates must have knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, painting, drywall, and landscaping, must have strong organizational skills in order to handle multiple projects simultaneously, must have excellent communication skills, must have strong working knowledge of Google Docs, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook, must have the ability to work in a time sensitive role, where tasks must be addressed when received, and must have own tools and reliable transportation. Only candidates that can pass a background, BMV check, and drug screen will be considered.
