An apartment complex is seeking a Maintenance Technician to make plumbing, electrical, mechanical, and carpentry repairs on a new 130 residential apartment building. You will work Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
Qualified candidates must have building maintenance experience, must be safety-conscious and detail-oriented, must have own reliable transportation with a clean driving record, must have own tools, must be dependable, and must be on call for extreme emergencies. Only candidates that can pass a background and BMV check will be considered. This company offers benefits upon permanent hire.
