Building Maintenance Technician - 2 Needed
Job Description
An apartment complex is seeking an individual to paint, hang dry wall, make electrical and plumbing repairs, pull up carpeting, clean units, and make other basic repairs. Additionally, you will install or fix leaking shower heads, snake drains, fix door handles, replace tighten light bulbs, operate compactor, and change locks. This is a full-time position working Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Job Requirements
Qualified candidates must have prior building maintenance experience, must have own hammer, screw drivers, pliers, channel locks, and wrenches, must be safety-conscious, and must be reliable. Only candidates that can pass a background check and drug screen will be considered.
