Job Description

We are looking for an individual with basic maintenance skills to help break down suites, put them back together after resident leaves, and assist with outside property duties as needed.  Work hours are Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m.

 

Job Requirements

Qualified candidates must have basic building and janitorial maintenance experience, must be safety conscious, must have own reliable transportation, and must be dependable.
