A large supply company is seeking a Bookkeeper to part-time between 25 to 30 hours each week.  There is the possibility of this turning into a full-time position in the future.

Job Responsibilities:

• Check Inbox for Invoices and enter into Sage 
• Match bank re4ceipts with our copy of the deposit slip 
• Enter weekly payroll information into Sage, process taxes paid, state, local and insurance deductions
• Update Check Issued List when checks are printed and maintain ACH deposits
• Schedule ACH Payments and issue checks for vendor invoices
• Reconcile accounts and check bank statements
• Pay vendor invoices and prepare monthly financial statements
• Reconcile credit card and bank accounts
• Process payments on web orders, send out invoices to customers, and file packing slips
• Pay estimated quarterly taxes
• Construct and file Bureau of Worker's Compensation report
• Perform other duties as assigned

Job Qualifications:

• Must have previous bookkeeping experience 
• Must be proficient using Microsoft Office and Sage with accurate data entry skills
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to organize data while paying a high attention to detail is required
• Must have excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
• Must be a highly motivated self-starter who can effectively prioritize workload, multi-task, and meet deadlines
• Must have the ability to handle confidential information sensitively and discreetly
