Bookkeeper - Office Administrator

A contracting company is seeking a Bookkeeper – Office Administrator for a full-time position. You will handle bookkeeping responsibilities, as well as answering the phones, filing, organizing the office, and working with MS Office and QuickBooks. Work hours are Monday through Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Qualified candidates must have prior accounting and office experience, must have strong customer service and communication skills, must be proficient using Microsoft Office and QuickBooks, must have accurate data entry skills, and must be organized.
