Billing Clerk/Shipping Department
Job Description
A manufacturing company is seeking a Billing Clerk for their Shipping Department. You will work Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Job Duties:
- Data entry of shipments for billing
- Invoice/packing slip reconciliations
- Back-up Receptionist when needed
- Perform other duties as assigned
Job Requirements
Job Qualifications:
- Must have previous billing experience in a Shipping Department; International Shipping knowledge is a plus
- Must have knowledge of general office procedures
- Must have strong computer skills with fast and accurate data entry skills
- Must have the ability to pay a high attention to detail and be a self-starting while grasping new assignments quickly
- Must have excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills
- Must have a solid work history with no attendance issues
