Billing/Accounts Payable Clerk
Job Description
A family-owned business is seeking a Billing/Accounts Payable Clerk to work Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Job Duties:
- Handle all of the paperwork and time sheets
- Perform customer billing and payables
- Print all month-end reports
- Use computers and Accounting Software
- Perform other duties as needed
Job Requirements
Job Qualifications:
- Must have previous Accounts Receivable and Billing experience
- Must have strong Microsoft Word, Excel, QuickBooks, and data entry skills
- Must be highly detail-oriented with the ability to be a quick learner
- Must be very personable, thick-skinned, and able to work in a casual shop environment
- Local applicant is preferred
