Apartment Maintenance Technician
Job Description
A management company is seeking a Building Maintenance Technician to get apartments ready for new tenants and assisting with outdoor work. In addition, you will be training to perform more skilled maintenance duties. You will work Monday through Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Job Requirements
Qualified candidates must have a High School Diploma or GED, must have basic maintenance experience, must have knowledge of hand tools, and must be able to follow all company policies and procedures. Only those candidates that can pass a background check and drug screen will be considered.
