Job Description

We have a couple openings for Maintenance Technicians to unclog drains, replace thermostats, change out outlets, make painting and drywall repairs, and perform other maintenance duties as needed to get apartments ready for new tenants.  Work hours are Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. 

 

 

 

Job Requirements

Qualified candidates must have building maintenance experience, must be safety-conscious, and must be dependable. Only candidates that can pass a background check will be considered.
